Reformer Pilates is your time to unwind and prioritise your wellness, and our different types of classes give you the power to define your class experience.

Book our ‘Zen Aura’ class for a calming experience at a slower pace, or if you feel more empowered from an upbeat workout, then our ‘Energise Aura’ class will leave you feeling pumped for the day.

Your experience is our priority, which is why our classes are limited to only 6 clients per session.

Back in February, we hosted a private all men’s session (with girlfriends cheering on from the sofa… kind of🫣🤣) & it did NOT disappoint. Strength, balance, flexibility, control — all tested & leveled up.

My favourite comment of the class: “WHAT that was just a warm up?!” after the footwork series… yes sir 🌶️
